Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings.
- Deposit amounts vary by vehicle: $150 – $250
- Your deposit is fully refunded after the trip ends, provided there are no extra charges or damages.
Insurance Requirement
- All bookings require insurance coverage on the rental vehicle (comprehensive or CDW) liability only is not sufficient coverage.

Mileage Policy
- Standard mileage allowance is up to 200 miles per day
- If you plan to drive more, you can add Unlimited miles during checkout to prevent overage charges and end-oftrip surprises.

- All reservations are completed online
- Once booked, you’ll receive: A confirmation email, a text message from our team with pickup details and instructions
- After confirmation, you’re all set — just arrive at pickup time and drive

No. We never cancel on our guests.Once your booking is confirmed, your reservation is guaranteed.
Can I modify or change my trip after booking?
Yes. All trip modifications are accepted.If your plans change, simply contact our team and we’ll help adjust your reservation.
Are the vehicles clean and ready at pickup?

Is booking instant or does it require approval?
All vehicles offer instant booking — no waiting, no approvals, no delays.
What happens if I return the car late or with extra usage?
Any additional charges (late returns, extra mileage without unlimited add-on, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit. Remaining balance, if any, is refunded.
